Shipping and returns

Shipping

  • We ship all orders via reliable courier within 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location — please allow some extra time if you live outside major cities.

Returns & Refunds

  • Because honey is a sealed food item, returns are accepted only if the package arrives damaged, leaking, or clearly defective (e.g. incorrect item, broken jar).

  • To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, provide your order number, and send photos showing the damage.

  • Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement (at our discretion).

  • Shipping charges for returns are typically borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent / damaged in transit).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

Non-returnable Conditions

  • Opened or partially used jars of honey are not eligible for return.

  • Honey that has crystallized, thickened, or otherwise changed texture — unless leaking or visibly spoiled — is not a defect, and cannot be returned.

  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will generally be rejected (unless exceptional circumstances apply).

Product care

1. Storage Temperature

  • Keep honey at room temperature (18–25°C).

2. Keep the Lid Tightly Closed

  • Always close the jar properly after each use to prevent moisture, dust, or ants from entering.

3. Avoid Contaminating the Jar

  • Use a clean, dry spoon every time.

  • Introducing water or food particles can cause fermentation or spoilage.

4. If Honey Crystallizes

  • Crystallization is natural and not a sign of spoilage.

  • To liquefy, place the jar in warm water (not boiling) and stir gently until smooth.

5. Do Not Freeze

  • Freezing can change the texture of honey and damage the container.

6. Safety Note

  • Do not give honey to infants under 1 year due to the risk of botulism.
